The Lanai was planned and built between 1954 and 1956 and first occupied in 1957 as one of the first high rises located in the heart of Capitol Hill in Denver. It has been a non-profit condominium since 1974. With a Walk Score of 93, we are a neighborhood paradise with four grocery stores in walking distance, many of the best restaurants in the city, plenty of local and national shopping places nearby, and of course Cheesman Park and Governers’ Park a few blocks away.
