The Board
- Members of the Board of Managers are elected annually by vote of owners who are in good standing with the Association. The Board itself elects officers.
- Meetings are held on the third Thursday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 7 pm in the Ohana Room and online.
The July meeting doubles as our “annual meeting” where board members are elected.

Groups
- Finance: We encourage all owners to participate in the annual budget review process.
- Social Spaces: We have a small group planning upgrades for our common areas and social activities. They have the final word on how things look around here, so get involved.
- Green Thumbs: If you enjoy gardening and want to make the Lanai look better, we have a group for you. Watering plants, working in the beds in the spring and fall, and making sure the place looks great.
- Kitty Kat Klub: If you are going to be away from your place for more than a day, we have a cat-lovers group that’ll check in on your buddy if you’d like.
